Album of the Year Forthcoming

It is that time of year, and album of the year lists are exploding all over the interweb, and this site will be no different. Only I want to wait that little bit longer beacuse, in case anyone didn't notice, there's still 3 weeks left of 2006. Furthermore, over the next coming weeks, artists who have featured on this site, will be describing their favourite albums of the year too.

It will hopefully be more varied than the NME's predictable top 50, but The Arctic Monkeys did have the fastest selling debut ever, so it is only 'logical' that it is the best of 2006.

Although, you should expect nothing less than lazy journalism, from a magazine that devoted nearly an entire issue to deciding who is the coolest person in music today. There may be some truth in these allegations form last year's poll.
